Russia-Ukraine warfare: BlackBerry has introduced that it is going to "cease all company activities in Russia with immediate impact" over the nation's invasion of Ukraine.
The company, once a telecommunication huge, announced its choice on Wednesday.
It noted, in an announcement shared on facebook, that it has also ended assisting present shoppers and access to its items in Russia on account of the warfare.
"Following Russia's unprovoked and unjustified invasion of Ukraine, BlackBerry has determined to cease all business activities in Russia with instant effect. This includes ceasing assisting existing purchasers, transactions with prospective customers, and access to our items in Russia" reads part of the observation", reads a part of the remark.
The enterprise spoke of it'll revisit this choice in the future as the situation evolves.
BlackBerry also applauded "the bravery of the Ukrainian people" who it said are "defending their native land and fighting for the future of democracy for us all".
The company joins a number of groups and nations world over which have condemned President Vladimir Putin and Russia over the Ukraine battle.
