Bosse Blackberry sour (3.6% abv) is described as follows:
The fourth unencumber from our okayfoeders, Bosse is fermented with our apartment ale yeast and Brettanomyces and aged for eight months. Ultraviolet in coloration, it's jammy and whole, bursting with tart berries and sour lemon peel with a dry floral conclude and balanced acidity.
as with any of Left field's foeder beers, Bosse is called after a famous baseball stadium: Bosse container, the one zero five-yr-historical home of the skilled minor league Evansville Otters in Evansville, Indiana.
Bosse is accessible now in 650 ml bottles on the Left field retail store and on-line shop.
