Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel Celebrates 15 Years In NYC With A candy Tribute To The metropolis

Yellow Taxi Salted Caramel Éclair: This éclair is embellished with the image of a yellow taxi and stuffed with salted caramel pastry cream. 

Spring street Chocolate Éclair: This éclair is named after the bakery's Spring highway domestic and is crammed with chocolate pastry cream and decorated with the image of a subway station.
